- Torque feel — We note if screws bottom out early, which often means wrong length in a mixed fleet.
Practical takeaway
Before ordering hash boards, walk one full row with a printed screw chart. Mismatched fasteners are a leading cause of repeat failures after a successful swap—the new board seats unevenly and the VRM pad never mates cleanly.
