Refund Policy

Effective date: 1 January 2025

This policy applies to fees paid for on-site rig assessments, parts sourcing reviews, and annual maintenance plans offered by Sitesycamorepath Mining Review. We do not sell hardware or subscriptions through this website.

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund if:

• We cancel a scheduled visit due to staff illness or force majeure before any work begins.
• You cancel at least 7 full business days before a confirmed on-site visit.
• A parts sourcing review has not yet started (no researcher assigned and no distributor inquiries sent).

Refunds are processed to the original bank account within 14 business days of approval.

Partial refund

A 50% refund applies when:

• You cancel an on-site visit between 3 and 6 business days before the scheduled date (travel planning and slot reservation costs).
• You provided incomplete site access so assessment could not proceed, and no alternative date is agreed within 30 days.

Non-refundable items

• Cancellations within 48 hours of a confirmed on-site visit.
• Completed desk research or delivered PDF/ spreadsheet parts matrices.
• Travel fees already incurred for remote sites (lodging, mileage) when cancellation occurs after travel booking.
• Deposits for annual maintenance plans after the first visit has occurred.
• No-show at site without prior notice.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 3 business days before the visit. Additional reschedules may incur ₩50,000 administrative fee.

Work already started

If on-site diagnostics began and you request stop-work, we charge for hours on site at ₩150,000 per hour, capped at the quoted visit fee. Deliverables for completed units are provided; remainder refunded per partial rules above.

Purchased materials

We do not sell parts. If we ever procure materials on your behalf under a separate written agreement, those costs follow the supplier’s return policy and are non-refundable once ordered.

We respond within 3 business days with approval or explanation.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or priority rebooking within 60 days.

Disputes

Unresolved refund disputes are handled under our Terms of Service and the laws of South Korea.
