1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or booking our assessment, parts research, or maintenance services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Services described

We provide documentation and advisory services related to repair accessibility of mining equipment rated 0.05 PH/s and above, including on-site assessments, parts sourcing reviews, and scheduled maintenance visits. We do not sell mining hardware, hash-rate products, or financial instruments.

3. Website use

You may view and download content for your internal operational purposes. You may not scrape the site at rates that impair performance, republish our scorecards without attribution, or misrepresent our reports as manufacturer warranties.

4. Intellectual property

Reports, scorecards, checklists, and site content are owned by Sitesycamorepath Mining Review unless otherwise noted. Client-specific deliverables are licensed to the paying client for internal use; redistribution to resellers requires written permission.

5. Service engagements

Scope, fees, and visit dates are confirmed in writing before on-site work. You agree to provide safe access, accurate model lists, and required shutdown windows. We may refuse work if electrical or safety conditions are inadequate.

6. No guarantee of uptime or profitability

Our assessments document repair paths and parts availability. We do not guarantee hash rate, pool performance, reseller pricing, or warranty outcomes. Decisions to purchase, swap, or repair equipment remain yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, our liability for any claim arising from website use or services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses including downtime, lost coin production, or consequential business loss except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our reports, unsafe site conditions you failed to disclose, or unauthorized modification of equipment contrary to our written guidance.

9. Third-party links and images

The site may reference distributors, manufacturers, or image hosts. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their terms or availability.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Courts in Ulsan shall have primary jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. We encourage resolution by written notice to info@sitesycamorepath.click before formal proceedings.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
